First class service from start to finish. No hard sell (the car did that for me) and James even gave up time on a Sunday for an initial viewing. Really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, including after-sale support, and he clearly takes great pride in looking after the cars ready for their next owner. James also kept me updated on a very minor repair before the car was handed over as showroom quality (it helps to have a detailer on site that loves what he does). I don't change cars very often but I'll certainly use FTC Prestige again when I'm ready for my next purchase. Thanks again to James and the rest of the team.
