Having not bought a car for 10 years I was a bit wary of what to expect when I first called FTC Prestige. However, the experience was first class. James gave up time on a Sunday for me to come and view the car which was beautifully presented, as are all the cars on site. His knowledge and passion for cars is clear, and he was both patient and helpful throughout the process, as well as after the sale was complete. I felt slightly bad for noticing a very small dent but this was repaired without question and the car was handed over as showroom quality. Having a detailer on site who loves what he does also helps! I won't leave it so long before my next car purchase and wouldn't hesitate to get back in touch with FTC Prestige. Thanks again to James and the team.
