The entire process from initial enquiry, negotiation of the sale (which I had done remotely) through to collection of the vehicle was smooth and flawless. I was served by James who is very professional and a credit to the company, he has extensive and thorough knowledge of both the specification and provenance of the cars they are selling which are all unique, high specification premium marques in immaculate condition - detail cleaned to perfection. James sent me a full, accurate and detailed specification of the vehicle with all of the factory options listed, HPI clear report, high resolution images and a walk round video of the car which was very helpful and together with his professionalism inspired confidence in being able to agree a deal without seeing the vehicle first. This was in complete contrast to the other independant and even main dealerships that I had made enquiries with in the days prior. Upon collection of the car, everything was in order and the car exceeded my expectations in many ways (condition/cleanliness/documentation etc). Shortly after the purchase, I had a minor niggle with a speaker and James went above an beyond to rectify this promptly and to my complete satisfaction. When buying a used car, it should be expected that faults may on occasion crop up after purchase and the professionalism of a dealer is tested by the way in which they handle such issues - this dealership have proved their dedication to providing no hassle, honest after sales service which unfortunately is becoming more of a rarity these days.
