I need not have had any concerns, from the initial call James had recalled our conversations on the previous vehicles I had bought. He brought me through the details of the new car, yet again with a very detailed level of knowledge of the car he was offering for sale. The car was in mint condition in absolutely every area and delivered looking only short of brand new. James and his team at FTC really are exceptional at what they do.
