James and David were professional, helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. There were no hard/heavy sales techniques, just very factual and open discussions about the pro’s and con’s of owning a prestige car. Once a deal was struck, James went the extra mile to connect me with an engineer that could assist with a Tracker for the vehicle. I opted to have the vehicle detailed by Martyn at FTC. Not only did he ceramic coat the car, he gave me a step by step guide on how to use the selection of cleaning products & cloths that I purchased for the onward housekeeping. I never knew there was so much more than a bucket of hot & soapy and a sponge… The reassuring experience with these guys has been nothing but positive. I would certainly recommend them.
